Return Policy
Should a defect be found on any of our brand products, returns are accepted for a credit or product exchange. Please call Customer Service at (843) 380-4042, or email divein@onlyanocean.net, within 15 days of receiving the product to make a return request. We will instruct you on how to best return the damaged goods to our warehouse(s), and walk you through your credit/exchange options. Please be prepared to provide us with photos and detailed descriptions as well as returning the product to us.
Minimum Order Pricing Policy
Mix and match any products to achieve our wholesale minimum order policy of $100. Prices on website are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes, shipping, duties or other fees. We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover
Selling Terms
Placement of your order indicates you are aware and agree to our Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy. Please review our MAP/IMAP Policy. Exceptions must be agreed to by Only An Ocean in advance.
It is AGAINST company policy to allow the sale of any of our products or brands that we represent to be sold on ANY third-party online platform without exception. For the sake of clarity, a third-party online platform includes (but is not limited to) Amazon, Ebay, Chewy, Faire, Etsy and RangeMe amongst others. Should you wish to make an application to sell on a third-party online platform, you must make an application to us at divein@onlyanocean.net, PRIOR to placing an order with us. Your application must contain complete information on your business entity as well as selling plans.
Should you wish to list our family of products on your own proprietary website, all product brand images, logos and descriptions must also be approved by Only an Ocean. Order Pricing & Substitution
We reserve the right to update pricing based on the increase in costs passed along to us through our vendors. Closest substitutions of PoochieBells on our of stock patterns will be made whenever applicable. Be sure to note “no substitutes” should that be your policy. We do not accept backorders. Products not available at the time of order will be canceled from the purchase order or request.
Standard Order Shipping
Our shipping costs vary depending on a number of factors to include (but not be limited to) location, method, address type, size and your preferred speed and mode of transportation. Typically, shipping costs will be approximately 12-15% of your order total subject to Exceptions. Exceptions include (but are not limited to) shipping outside the contiguous United States, shipping to Canada, shipping by air freight, shipping to third party locations, timed and or dedicated deliveries, chilled deliveries or deliveries requiring specialized packaging amongst others. Shipments are sent from our warehouses located in CT, SC and KY. Unless otherwise requested, domestic orders are shipped via Ground Transporation and international orders are shipped via USPS or freight services, whichever is more economical. Orders are typically processed within ten business days of receipt of order. Please indicate if you have any shipping requirements beyond our company policy or if you wish to use your company’s shipping account number. Shipments returned to us or carrier surcharges for incorrect shipping address given on order are subject to additional shipping charges for reship services.
Distributor, International & Other Shipping
Shipping charges are based on agreed-upon terms between Only An Ocean and the respective client. Exceptions include state specific fees, lift-gate or special requirements for accepting product and will be charged to the client. Use of LTL or common carrier is the choice of Only An Ocean based on order size and packaging options. Advance notice is only available through LTL shipments and not an option for USPS, UPS or Fedex shipments. All shipments sent by LTL will have a clearly indicated packing list and BOL for each shipment including box count for receiving verification. Invoices will be emailed to assigned accounting contact. Acceptance of delivery by either common carrier or LTL indicates a complete and undamaged shipment by client unless otherwise noted at the time of receipt. Any discrepancies of unit counts after acceptance of delivery is the responsibility of the receiver and chargebacks will not be accepted by OAO. Shipments are sent from our warehouses located in SC, CT and KY.
Branding
Resale of any Only an Ocean LLC products must include proper product names, images, and official logos. Please contact us for any images needed as we have a full range for your use.
